Would highly appreciate your kind and prompt sending by express courier the original signed Acceptance to Roger and another original one to George as the urgent of the matter.
Pls process this as an urgent before TET and not after TET as you said to me today. Just ask the DHL agent to come over to your office and send it, just some minutes. I don’t see any reason to delay on sending it now.

Dear Trung, do mail the original over by courier to Roger and pass one copy to Binh.  MTS needs to get the final 5% payment asap.
Under page 1, article 2 of the MTS-Matexim contract states “……results of the test will be in no way affect the final commissioning of the system”.  The check on the table using specimen is not part of the acceptance.
